How do I create an account?

To create a goodride account, follow these steps:

  1. Install the goodride app on your smartphone.
  2. Open the app and navigate to “My Profile.” Tap on the “Login/Sign up” button.
  3. Select “Register” and enter your email address and password.
  4. You will receive a verification link in an email sent to the provided address. Click on the link to activate your user account.
I already have a customer account with a mobility provider. Can I take over this account?

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. But with us, you only have to register once, and you can use all of our partners’ offers via the app.

Can I modify my account information at a later time?

Yes, you can update your account details whenever necessary. To make changes, go to “My Profile” in the app, which is located on the left side of the menu. You can modify your personal information and payment methods as needed. However, to change your email address, you will need to delete your account and create a new one.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to “My Profile” in the app menu and log out.
  2. Tap on “Login” and select the “Forgot password?” option.
  3. You will be redirected to the password reset process, and an email will be sent to your registered email address with further instructions.
How can I lock my account if I have lost my smartphone?

If you lose your smartphone or cannot access your goodride account for any other reason, please contact our customer service for assistance. You can either send an email to kundenservice_goodride@telekom.de or call +49 211 52082018. Our team will promptly lock your account to ensure its security.

How can I delete my account/profile?

You can manage all personal settings through the “My Profile” section in the goodride app. To delete your account, navigate to “Change profile” and then select “Delete profile.”

Please note that deleting your account will result in losing access to your Deutschlandticket subscription. Ensure that you cancel your Deutschlandticket subscription first if you wish to delete your account and no longer use the ticket.
