Why is no connection shown in the app?

There could be several reasons for this. Please ensure that your starting location is not a large station, so that the driver can easily find you. It’s recommended to enter a “Point of Interest” or provide the exact address with street name and house number for more accurate connection information.

How do I book a cab ride?

If you want to take a route exclusively by cab, enter your destination via the route planning of the map and select Car in the filter and Taxi via the cogwheel. Then you will get a route that consists only of a cab ride.

How do I pay for a cab ride?

Once you have selected your route with the cab ride, you can specify your desired pick-up time and start the booking by clicking the “Buy now” button. The payment will be made using the means of payment you have specified. Cash payment for the ride is not possible.

What do I do if my cab doesn't show up?

If the cab is late, you can use the app to call your driver’s phone number and get in touch. If no connection with the driver can be established, you will be forwarded to the dispatch Taxi Deutschland.

What do I do if I am charged an incorrect fare?

If you are charged a fare that is too high after the trip, contact our customer service at kundenservice_goodride@telekom.de or +49 211 52082018.
